I'm in your cornor Glen, but i doubt if you will ever get closure on this trade. I too think speedy just wasn't thinking that he could keep the title in your name forever until he sold it. One thing troubles me is that you said it was a driver, he came back and said the car was sitting in his garage because the rearend was out of it. I do realize that you had an agreement to change the title imediately to his name. In his defence some states will not change a title without inspecting the vehicle, IE Az,Il. and i'm sure some other states, i donot know about Oh. I do realize that you got screwed on the shocks, which he admitted, i also realize that to agreement was made to change the title immediately. I know you're doing sleepless nites, but i think if i were in your shoes i would just let it ride, i'm certain that the good people/buyer/traders will not be doing business with this person in the future due to this post.
