If you don't have any snap rings on it it's probably the factory joint and they used an injected plastic instead of snap rings. If that's the case you will have to heat it until the plastic starts to ooze out then knock it out while it's hot. Be careful not to breathe any of the fumes from it. The replacement u-joint will have snap rings to hold it in.
