10.99 or 6.99 or faster than 135 mph must use a SFI Spec of 4.1
9.99 Or quicker E.T and 135 MPH Must also use a flex Plate shield SFI Spec 30.1
And the Cert is good for 5 years at least on the B&M shields anyway and i will have to look just to make sure but i think TCI's are also
