Default advice on building a 496 BBC

More help needed, I'm having short block done 496 eagle rotating assy, would like 10.5-1 comp, don't know what roller cam i should get (would like a good thump with out loosing power) nor what heads to get? I do want to run this on pump gas, I do already have victor jr intake (oval) and 750dp which seems to small to me but this is what the machine shop is recomending I run. This will mainly be street application but would like to play on the strip also, it's going in my 74 TA which weighs around 3700lbs. I would like to at least run low 11's if not break into the 10's. Power glide with a 3500 stall. 4.11 gears .

As always any advice is appreicated
thanks
