I would have done the same thing you did mop after things went the way they did. I would have offered to compensate him for his troubles but I would not have let things continue the way they have in this thread. If you honestly did not want to offer compensation then the words "keep my carb" should have never been spoken. Fellas I drag race too and I try to help people out when I can but there comes a time when you make mistakes and someone else is affected in a negative way. If you feel the need to make things right with honest intentions of doing just that, then you should actually expect the other person to take what you are offering as just that.. compensation.
Mop I am sorry things got messed up in your deal but I wouldnt let these guys bash on jrlj for accepting an offer you made. Chalk it up to experience and be sure the next person you deal with has pictures of what you are sending them.
