Ya i could see 6.50's out of that .
My old nova with a 383 and a glide ran 6.70 in the 1/8 mile .
not a pump gas engine but still a little 383 iron heads and a victor Jr and a 630 shaft in it with a 750 on it.
i think it will run mid 6's with no problem.
he does have a set of short runner heads and not a bad combo ya it will.
