Default Need recommendations for a good habit tracking application.

I'm at a point where I really want to be more consistent with my personal goals, like daily meditation and sticking to a workout schedule. I've heard some great things about habit tracking applications that can really help to build momentum and hold you accountable. The problem is, there are so many options out there, both free and paid, and I'm not sure where to start. Can anyone recommend a habit tracking app that they've personally used and found genuinely effective for maintaining daily habits?
