Are product information systems worth the price, for e-commerce?
I'm at a point where I'm seriously considering investing in a system to help manage our product information. We sell a wide range of items through our online store, and keeping track of all the details (descriptions, specs, images, etc.) is turning into a logistical nightmare. It's not just the initial setup; it's the ongoing maintenance and ensuring consistency across all our sales channels. I hear these systems can be quite expensive, so I'm trying to gauge if the time saved and improved accuracy will truly justify the cost. Has anyone else wrestled with this decision?
