I just got something very similar to this today. Adding money to payment amount for "shipping" just go to Walmart and send the money to here..... then your payment will be released to your PayPal account blah blah blah.
[email protected] is the email that he wanted me to send a PayPal request to.
8037170341 is the phone number that was texting me this morning.
the fake PayPal emails looked pretty convincing too. I've reported this to PayPal already.
