what are the best metering blocks for a 1200 dominator?

I have a Pro Systems 1200, the motor is a BBC 565", 14 to 1, Patriot 360 heads that HRD did the chambers, the pro systems carb was really lean so I kept going up on the jets and the hi speed air...
