The biggest thing with these little blowers is the torque. If you look at the rpm/torque curve it is really awesome. They will sacrifice horsepower on a bigger motor though.

I think the biggest problem is the compression and cam. You just can't throw on one of the smaller blowers...

If I can run 11:1 on 93 octane I have no problems doing that. I just don't want a mixture of gas. When this is done it will be on a dyno.

OK I am stumped but going to stick with your set up sounds to me 100%. 60' time of 1.58 with car weight of 3610lb and stall of only 2500. I have to say that you are in the ball park on this set up....

I think I may have made a misleading post. The 1.58 was hooked up to the floor. It may have left at 2,500 foot braking but it was all out. It ran 10.70 three passes in a row. The last one was 125 mph.

I don't know what kind of work needs to be done to a stock block but it was lifter trued for 400.00. So I would assume that would help with the lifter situation.
