Alot of metal removed and alot of quick metal put back in to reshape the ports. around 950 lift. about 2 weeks of development for the first port.

Sheet Metal intakes

Ive got a New 632 BBC running with Ported Brodix BB3 Xtra-O heads. It has an Enderle Methanol Bird catcher and Edelcbrock Victor 2R Ported Tunnel ram.

If i change the intake to a sheet metal type...

the jesel will bolt straight up to a standard...

the jesel will bolt straight up to a standard block(2 or 4 bolt). But it doesnt bolt straight to the Dart Big M.

If you buy a Jesel you will have to get the cover and the block machined. The Cv products cover just bolts straight on. I have just gone through this with mine. I ended up selling my jesel 2nd hand.

CV Products make the best timing belt by far. Used the jesel and had nothing but leaks and clearance problems on my 10.2 dart big block. I highly recommend CV Products. Very nice looking billet cover...

Methanol and CR

Whats the lowest comp ratio you would use for a 632 BBC on Methanol( Enderle bird on a tunnel ram). My engine builder has just built mine with 13.6-1 . Is this too low for methanol????????
