losing weight is the key..I am 6ft 1 and have been up to 255lb....feel so much better at 215 to 220 lbs...I am dieting now...lost 10 lbs the last month. :D

I believe this is the one you put up on facebook. I cried like a baby.this very video actually saved my life the day I saw it. im not going to go into the whats and hows but this vid is great.and I love it,just cant watch it again.lol
