Tubular a-arms/suspension help

I have a 1965 Pontiac Lemans, I am going to put on tubular a arms and either the edelbrock or hotchkis tvs with it. I have seen the KMJ front a arm set that is advertised on RJ for $399.99, There is a guy locally that sells a "speedway" set for $600. Summits set is around $730 or so Hotchkis sells theirs for $1500, thats a hell of a price difference. Can anyone say either way what the best way to go is? I am of course concerned about the quality of the KMJ set being the most inexpensive out there, and I don't want to have one break or even have to do the work twice. I can't find ANY feedback anywhere concerning quality, fitment, or anything else from other customers dealing with the kmj set.

Any thoughts/opinions would be appreciated, thanks

tubular A arms

Check out maliburacing.com

They have several companies on their site that sell suspension parts including tubular A arms.

Also gbodyparts.com on maliburacing. They have a good tech guy, Brian.

UMI, BMR, TRZ and more are on there. gbody sells them all.

I think the Hotchis stuff is to pricey, it can't be that good?

DOM tubing will be $200 less than Chomemoly.

You only save 10# , but it is all new stuff.

I like the BMR myself. $650 with all ball joints included.

The KMJ, tubular A-arms are Chinese made such as the ProComp and a 1/2 doz. other company's selling them. I'm not saying the are bad, just letting you know, and i'm a ProComp dealer.

Zip.

Thanks for all the helpful tips, this is exactly what I was hoping for. I was mainly nervous about buying something that may break under strain since I will be driving this car daily at some point.

Tubular

I purchased UMI brand upper and lower tubular A arms and they are good.

Check Out Maliburacing.com, they have several companies on there that have tubular arms.

The UMI have bump stops on the upper arms but not the lower ones. I added my own.
