1965 Chevy Nova floor and trunk question

Hi guys,

I just recently purchased a 1965 chevy nova with the back end tubbed out and rear end narrowed, the only part of the frame that is original is the front end where the front suspension and the motor mounts are. Everything else is tubed and braced. It has a ten point roll cage. The floor and the trunk are gone, my question is what thickness of metal should be used for the floor and trunk. It is going to be flat sheet steel. Any help or input witht his would be great as I have never built one before. Thank you.

Is this going to be a pro street or drag car? If a drag car how fast do you plan on running and do you plan on getting it certified?

If it is a drag car I believe it must be .024 steel or .032 alluminum MINIMUM.
