Changing the bolts in the old CRAGAR SUPER TRICK WHEELS

OK I know most know the wheels I mean...They used to be all over the place.Well since I have my new wheels I have a set of the old school CRAGARS I was going to throw on eBay.The bolts in them are rusty and look ugly so I was thinking of putting new bolts in them to make them look better. I actually bought some SS bolts for them a long time ago when they were on my car but was afraid to change them.I don't know if it can/would screw up the wheel if I remove them and put in new...Has anyone ever done this? Is there anything I should be aware of if I do. I don't want to sell them to someone and have them wobble or anything like that. Here is a pic of the wheels type. These aren't mine but my wheels are identical. I have the skinnies and I have 14 inch wide ones.

One suggestion. Do not turn the bolt from the front, use the backside. This will avoid any socket marks.
