Question about msd
 

I had a vac leak and my motor was running rough. I found the problem and fixed it but know I have a bad miss. Was wondering if my msd btm went out. I was told that if the msd is bad it would shut down the whole motor and would not just shut down one cylinder. I also noticed that the passenger side headers are getting hotter that the driver's side??? Can anyone help?

Have you checked your plugs, sounds like you may have fouled one?

What kind of Fuel induction do you have?

Not plugs changed them wires too. I am running two hollys on two 671 blowers.
