Condoms are a lot cheaper then children. Since my tax $$$$$ is getting spent, can I have it go to getting him snipped

Yeah I saw a clip on the news about this dumb a$$. He has a minimum wage job. Each one of his children get about .35cents per hour of his pay before taxes and he doen ot even work full time.

Ya know, its almost hard to beleive its a;ll his fault, those must be some really dumb broads that are jumping into the sack with him.

I can hear them now. "Let me get my baby some of that 35 cents an hour."
