who builds a good th400?
 

After talking with Marty Chance about my turbo 4 project, and posting on here, I have decided the th400 will work out well. That being said, who builds a good th400? Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks guys.

What's your location? How much would you be willing to pay for shipping costs?
