PUSH ROD LENGTH AND CAM QUESTION

HELLO GENTLEMEN,
I have been buying new parts to build a merlin tall deck alum. 622 cu. in. motor with bb3 extra-o cyl. heads {365 runners} my question is, what pushrods do I buy? and also what would be a good cam to run, I want a cam that has gobs of torque from 4000 rpm to 7200 rpm without no2 and I don`t want a cam that is a valve spring killer. I normally run my car at wheelstand events...so torque is what I need. just look at my profile and you will see what I mean.

thank you for any help you can give me.

You're probably going to have to buy a couple of adjustable pushrods to find out what length you need, Manton also sells those. Geometry is pretty important and most after market heads, do not take stock length pushrods. Manton has a page on how to check this in tech. Be advised Manton is not cheap, about $30.00 for each pushrod for custom length.
