Use it to charge the battery on your race car?

I'm with suisidebomb on this one for sure. That is a more practical answer than I was going to offer.

1.5 Honda

Guess I'll chime in. Anything you do to a SBC or SBF or any other engine applies to Honda or any engine. The more fuel and air you can get in and out efficiently, the more power you'll build. But, if you really want to race you need to step up to a V8. If it works on a four cylinder, just think what it can do with a 6, 8, 10 or 12 cylinder. All it takes is money and more money.

Put a sewing machine motor in it. My grandma's sewing machine turns a lot of rpm. I'm with everyone else, put a v-8 in it.

If you're bracket racing, that honda will run with any car in the country. By all means take it out and have fun with it. What I said wasn't very nice, and I apologize for that. Fla1976 gave you some good advice. It'll be easier to make power out of a smallblock, than a 90 cu.in honda. go have fun with it, I hope you turn on the win light every pass.
