Question for PJ,
 
Why does a message lay in the outbox for as much as 24hrs. when some others go right away. I have a message that was sent 10/20 and it's still in the outbox.
Just curious.

I'm not pj but the messages stay in the outbox until the recipient opens it, then it goes to the sentbox. I have one that has been in my outbox since May.

I'm just as stumped why this is like this.

I will have my tech team give me a better understanding of the programming behind this to see why this is happening like this. Thanks
