Static draw Test Carb spec's?
 

Ok i recently purchased a Pro systems Carb.. it comes with a spec sheet and one of the catagories is "Static draw test" please bear with my ignorance but im not familiar with this .. the test reads..

Can someone educate me on what all this means?
