Caltarc Pivot Assembly Bind Problem
 

I have installed a set of Caltrac's on my car with the Front Pivot Assembly secured into the spring pocket of my CE weld in Frame connectors w/ spring pockets and I have a bind and can only move they with a screw driver.

I know that my installation is non typical based on the original design intent of the bars, but, I can't be the only one that has tried to used the bars with these CE frame connectors.

Here is a picture of my Pivot Assembly bind, any help with this would be greatful.
