Can I Run These Heads on The Street?

http://www.worldcastings.com/prods_p...ads/motown.htm engine will be a 408 small block chevy with solid lift roller cam.

Yes you can. It may be a little sluggish at low rpm though.

If You have not bought them yet, I suggest to not. World Products is not well favored by me and many other builders.

Dart also had a steel head similar in specs. The RHS head may even be better.

If you can budget it, my suggestion is Canfield 200 - 215 or AFR 200 - 210 or even the 23 degree Trick Flow, not really bad either. Aluminum is definetly a better deal and can be fixed or modified.

i haven't bought them yet. any part numbers to any of them?

I agree, a 200 will be enough for street and occasional brackets. I had minimally ported Dart iron 200's on a 406 roller motor run regular 8.70's in my old dragster, 8.59 best. AFR's would be the other choice.

What do you think about the Brodix Track 1s?

That head is under rated, . and the track 1 X with the offset push rod
wall is a killer, .. made over 720 hp with a S vic intake, ..

I am with Curtis on the t-1's. Like I have said many times before on here, I would take them before the Afr's any day. The new Platinumn Pro-1's are really nice also. Depending on your cam, compression, gear, converter, desired et goals, etc, if its anything hydraulic, 200cc would be good.

To know for sure, what is the combo, or plan?
