question about selling car to buyer in Canada
 

I had a response to my ad from a potential buyer in canada? Does anyone have any tips on what i need to do or ask when making the transaction?

You may actually want that "play stuff" chevguy65 since it's worth more that the good ol' US of A green backs nowdays!

all jokes aside..i would arrange a meeting with the buyer in the states..a location suitable to both parties,,
i would have a financial institution picked out at that location that both parties are famailier with ahead of time...so when the deal goes down the bank/financial institution can authinticate any counbter checks draw off the particular branch..

of course if you live in usa you need to have the canadian money already converted..

just use the same common business sense you would use when selling to anyone else. and you will be fine.
