If Wheeler is in Florida stay away from him. He could have moved too.

Very strong rumors from credible sources say he is a crook and has had several lwsuits filed on him.

It could be a different Wheeler though. HaTE TO CRICIFY SOMEONE JUST BECUASE THEY HAVE THE SAME NAME AS ONE THAT LEFT A BAD TRAIL IN THE pERFORMANCE iNDUSTRY.
