Correcting -camber change GM A body drag car

Can excessive - camber at full suspension travel be corrected with extended upper ball joints? There are many sizes available the circle track guys use them to correct roll center. I think you would also limit the suspension drop a like amount so the ball joint won't start moving inboard at full travel. Are my thoughts valid? If so ,I don't know what length would get me into the ball park.Any thoughts would be welcome............Bill
