Anyone know of a good setup for a 454 gen 6 bbc?

Also does anyone know what needs to be done to gen 6 block to make it accept solid roller lifters?

Nothing has to be done to run solid roller lifters, you just leave out the hydaulic roller trey. Most of the cam companies make lifters for the gen 6 conversion, the tie bar may be a little taller but i'm not sure. Ofcourse you have to buy a solid roller cam for the gen 6 block, they are different than a gen 4 cam.
