Alcohol injection adjusting
 

Can someone tell me the best way to adjust a alcohol injection system on a 468 c.i. motor. The system is a Hilbourne Injection System. Also need to know how to adjust the barrel valve, it is a number 54. Also the gas pedel is extra hard to push down is this common for this system because of the butterflies?
