best transmission for late model 3/8 - 1/2 asphalt tracks?
 
new to racing. can somebody render an opinion?

Speedway is probably your best bet. Look at the Falcon and the Brin 2 speeds.
Note that per AMRA rules cannot use a trams with an internal hydraulic clutch & crank hub. Dave
