i believe i have been scammed
 

i purchased some elderbrock alum heads and block was advertising on racing junk .he was going to ship in march-june and never did. was delivering june- sept and never did, and sending refund on sept 29 which i have not received oct 17 . he has disc onnected his cell phone and will not answer my emails what do you think i just want my money back . can anyone head me in the direction to get my refund

man...that sucks. :( I hope it works out for you. I know my response here does you no good but I hate to hear of anybody getting took like that.

How did you pay?

You can contact www.ic3.gov and file a complaint.
Also, contact the law in his town.

If you paid with a CC you may still be able to dispute it with them, but a lot of time has gone by.

Give us more info, in fact read the first three threads in this section, it will explain a lot for you to do and help us help you.
