1968 SS HEMI Valve Train?
 

Hi,
Would the original Valve Train do the job in my Nostalgia SS/B Barracuda Tribute Racer.
Except for a slightly bigger Camshaft, a Roll Crane 290 and Electronic Ignition, engine and car is as raced in the ´68-69 season.
Yes, roller rockers would be better, and I have no problem using them since you don´t see them anyway :) But I rather go with the old school Valve Train as long as it doesn´t jeopardizes the safety of the engine in general, and the 1966 Block in particular.
Racer will only see 20-30 runs a season.
What do you say... is the original Valve Train a stretch in this application?
