Coil over shocks

Looking for opinions on rear coil overs.

60% street/40% strip Chevy II w/4-link. I have non adjustable AVO's now with one leaking.

Single adjustable or Double? Double would have to wait a couple more weeks for the extra money.

QA1, Strange, or Vari Shock?

Bearing or Poly? Set up for poly now. Would I have to reweld the tabs for the narrower bearings?

Are new springs recommended with new shocks?

Thanks again for your help.

Steve

QA1 were great on my Camaro.

Fireball, what shocks do you run in that monster Nova?

QA1 or Strange are both good choices. You will have more interior noise with the bearings over the poly as far as road and suspension noise goes. If you choose the bearing you can make spacers to make up the difference in mounting. Your springs should be fine as long as you use the same length shocks. Hope this helps.

I've been running Koni double adjustable shocks and have had pretty good luck with them. JMO
