Jason Pritz Ripped me off to 636-235-6274 (his number)
 

This guy Jason Pritz sold me a Bert ball Spline for $1,000 paid the guy and he never sent it. Ad #1800939 still works when you type it in. Ad was posted by familyauto #451931 I contacted racingjunk.com about it. He sold another guys picture of his tranny and used it and sent it to me and everyone else. This guy runs local in his area and I cant believe he would have the guts to do this over and over. Any questions email me and we can talk. I'm taking legal action against him so if this happened to you please email. Jason Pritz is from Warrenton, MO

Yeah, that sounds like a bad one. What is the time line? How long ago was this transaction? Did he just bail out & cut off all communication? I will send him a message today & see if responds to me.

Who are you? I am just curious, are you Ed? If not, how do you fit in the equation? I am getting the idea that familyauto sold this tranny to two different people.

Sold me Keith a bert ball spline $1,000 (ad number 1800939) familyauto posted it #451931.
-Sent me pictures of the tranny, no pic on the ad and i requested pictures to be sent, however the pics he sent me were of another racingjunk sellers tranny.
-Ad # 1804157 was posted months ago, I spoke with the guy he didnt sell it. then reposted it 1-28-09. In the background of this ad their is a metal break. The picture jason sent me was the same one with the break.
-I spoke with racingjunk and they told me to post this in the forum. Thank you everyone for any help. I also googled this guy and found he races at Tri-City speedway. i contacted the track and they said he passed 3 bad checks in October of 2009 over one weekend. They heard about his scams.

Wow this guy finally showed his face. Here is my story.
-I spoke with him on the phone agreed to buy his transsmission and couplers for $1,000
-Wired his bank $1,000
-He called twice the day the wire went to make sure he got the money.
-Said he would ship that day
-Never called back with tracking number as promised.
-1 AND A HALF WEEKS LATER I CALLED HIM TO SEE WHERE IT WAS
-Wouldnt return calls
-Used a different cell phone with another prefix he called back twice.
-I spoke with him and he said he would call right back with the tracking number
-NEVER CALLED BACK
-I spoke with racingjunk and googled this guy

-He has written bad checks to tracks
-Sold the tranny to 2 people I know of
-Sold but never sent heads to another buyer
-Copied the picture of the tranny I paid for never got from another racingjunk.com ad
-That guy never heard of Jason Pritz
