Any one here now of a good engine builder in to central alabama area?

If you're willing to travel about 250-300 miles, there's a very competent one in Louisiana. Ron Sporl. He moved to a different location a couple of years ago, and I'm not sure of the city. Either "google" it, or I'll try to get his phone number.

he Builds Great Drag Stuff also..he has done one for me a few years back.
maintenance free almost indestructable 406ci SBC with cast steel world heads 11:1 compression 620hp 580TQ...........I have Pegged the Rpm's at 9,500 when playing with car on a Burnout ( No chip)..YES I ABUSED THE CHIT OUT OF IT...didn't hurt a thing...try this with your average Joe engine assembler and knock off parts....lol 8)

ran it for 3 years and was still running strong when i sold the Car
