man, what a waste of tax money, it does not mention the money
that they will give to the gov. to help the people which will never
get to the people because the african gov. will keep most of the
money for themselves, what a wast, and we have no say in
the matter, is this change? :evil:

10 days equals 2 BILLION dollars.
That is over 10% of the 2011 budget for NASA.

THE question is just HOW does just ONE individual get the green light to DO something as totally outrageous this ?!!!!!! Doesn't the congress or something have to approve this kind of frivolous spending ?
