alchol problem

we have a problem with the engine milking the oil on a full pass, not a problem at idle or warmup the car has lost 5tenths and 4 mph this is a overnight problem also blowing oil out the breathers
Thanks,Thad

No, that was checked, this is wierd, we have ck everything of that nature
Thanks,thad

In that case, something is forcing it way rich. I'd check the bypass. Pill might be plugged or something else restricting it. The blowing oil out of the breather might indicate a broken ring. Should do a leakdown test to confirm.

johnracer is on the right track. something is forcing it rich. Is it carbureted or injected? If it*s injected check to see if main or high speed bypass is installed backwards. Little arrow points to the tank, poppet valve in bypass on the pump side of the return. Grudge racing, late one night, I put my main in backwards, after doing my burnout I noticed the starter wiping his arms off and looking up at the sky. My zoomies had bathed him in cool methanol and he thought it was raining. LMAO  I*m the leader of the pack when it comes to screwing up injection tune ups!
