Blowd up 6.0 again

I blew up my 2007 6.0 for the 4th time in 104k. First three
times it was the EGR cooler. Everytime it got a egr cooler,
oil cooler, injectors and a turbo. The 3rd time it got a cat
converter too. I thought my problems were done for a while.
Those were at 60k, 75k, 90k and now 104k. You could set the
15k trip for failure. This time it looks like a head gasket.
Its a heavy truck and run it pretty hard but that really
shouldnt matter. The 6.0 just isnt made to run hard. Thats
why I got a 2005 Dodge Duelly Cummins in the driveway. I
limped it to the house yesterday but will tow it to the
dealer Monday. I dont even wanna know anything about working
on this POS. I gotta talk the boss into gettin me a Dodge
5500 Cummins next, this 450 just aint cuttin it.

I work at a Dodge/Chrysler dealership, The 4500/5500 Dodge truck are horses, they will pull gates off hell, We have three Dodge 4500 @ the rescue squad that i run with and we run the heck out of them no problem's what so ever, We also have 1 ford it has been down at least once a month. We have 2 GMC's with duramax, We like to never got the state to approve them because GVW wasn't high enough. The Dodge's will only run to 77 mph that's it.

77 mph for the dodge ? Ive had my 2005 3500 duelly cummins over 100. The old 99 PS F450 went 92 i think and the 07 f450 6.0 goes 83

That's pretty much the norm for a MOPAR.

I drove quit a few F450 service trucks ever since the 7.3 non turbo motors were in them. They were all POS IMO, but the 6.0 is the worst diesel motor Ford ever used. Don't worry I'm not to thrilled with my Duramax either. Had to replace, cam sensor, gas pedal and computer back in Feb. at 115k miles. Before that (at 35k) had to have ac worked on (still not right) steering shaft, and steering box replaced. And every since they replaced it the power steering box sounds like it's out of fluid when turning to the right at slow speeds.
NONE OF THE TRUCKS NO MATTER WHO MAKES THEM ARE WORTH WHAT THEY COST!
Sorry had to vent a little

i have allways ran dodges. 03 and a 06 both with the 5.9 and autos.. the motors were GREAT,, the 48re trans, not so great.the last one was a 06 dodge mega cab 4x4 it ran great got 21mph and 17 pulling my 32' trailer. but it seemed like the rest of the truck was having trouble, A/c trouble, a little trans trouble, and the integrated control module, but we still loved the dodge. and now we are trying a 08 ford F-550 with the 6.4 it only gets 11.9 empty or loaded, but man does it pull..but we are fixing to do a DPF deleat and a EGR block off, and that should help the mileage, it is a 4 door and kinda loaded, it has 125k miles and we gave right at 20500.00 with no bed, but putting a f350 dually bed for it right now..

I was just joking about the MOPAR. Matter of fact I am shopping for a 300C right now.

That MPH is because they have eaton rearend's that is geared 5.38 with a 6 speed automatic, 6.7 liter is goverened to keep from over revving. I have a 2005 2500 with a cummings and mine will do over 100 mph. 4500 5500 are large trucks.
