need help with c4 redneck trans brake parts
 

we just traded for this car with a built c4 and a new redneck pro trans brake would not go in reverse and brake will not work called redneck and sent pics of the valve that came in the kit, they said somebody cut the end, so we said fine send us another over night to the tune of 72 dollars, now it appears to be clocked right but the shaft size is smaller? now im lost im a chevy guy and for sure not a trans guy but they sent a fax of what the valve is supposed to do open and closed and i told them that the old shaft was at least clocked wrong and they said the c4 only takes one shaft so here is a couple pics if anybody has any ideas please let me know cause its real hard to get them at redneck to answer the phone, thanks pics at Ad #1752015
