is this for real?or not? atv ad#1738797 that is a very low price for that i e-mailed him. it is not in md it is in ny and he will not contact me by phone i have ask several times. and will only use this shipping company www.expres.justfree.com which has no ph# or address This day and time i am very skeptical. please help

Yes RUN!!!!! There have been many many ads like that and they are all scams.

bogus website setup on the freight company. did he tell you it was already at the shipper and ready to go?

I've found several scams like that on RJ recently. I always forward them to RJ so they can remove them. Scam like this always have a reason you can't see the actual item and want to ship it to you.

yep, scam! here is the "standard issue" reply I recieved from the guy...

The atv is located in NY.
We can use a shipping company to protect your money and my atv I will handle the shipping,
so this will be free of charge for you. Also, a refund policy will be included .
For this transaction we will use www.expres.justfree.com (PVT) LTD as a shipping
company.You will send the money to the company for security, after this deposit is done to
Expres Logistics they will start the shipping of my atv to your address.
After you receive the atv you will have 15 days of inspection, if you find something wrong
or if you do not like it anymore you will send the atv back and your money will be returned
to you. Expres Logistics will release the money to me ONLY after you receive the atv and the inspection is done.
The atv has title clear, all papers and a bill of sale come along with the atv so you can
register it on your name. This transaction takes 2 days to complete and is safe and secure.
If something is wrong with the atv or papers you will return it on my expences and you will
receive your money back but i assure you everything is OK.

I recieved the same excact reply. and click on the link and did not see a phone no. or address for the company and was pretty sure at that point.
told him to call me and he did not and then i told him i would call him to work out details and he would not.
