OCTOBER GET TOGETHER IN NORTH MS.
 

Hey Guys , I would like to come back to north Mississippi in October for another get together ..anyone interested in a weekend at Byhalia Dragway??
I really would like to see everybody that was at the last one and mayby some new faces...So Guys , check your maps , some of you aren't much furthur away than myself and Zipper... Lets set up a date and have some fun...let me know what you think,,,thanks,,,,Paul & Judy :D

Depends on the date...

Depending on the date I'm in for it. I've got 2 races and some weekend work in October, but I'll make it if I can.
I'm clueless at a race track that doesn't have mud, but I can have fun no matter where I'm at.
Pick a date and a place and I'll try to be there.

sounds like a plan man, one day, one day, too much work (thk god)
and the strip in marion is finaly having a good event in 2 yrs, taking
the family, umbrelas, and snort some rubber. in october the
IHRA is having a good 2 day event, but lets go racing

Come on rabbit just throw some slicks on it!!!! Same thing except w/o the mud and you haven't got to worry much about washing it!! LOL :lol: :lol: :lol:

There have been several guys do it. Needless to say they were told to pack em up and never come back!
You figure 1,200+hp in a 2,780lbs truck (with me in it), all home made runs, 1.10's 60' times on dirt, no windows or windshield of any kind, never been seen by any inspector NHRA before, etc Aint no need for me to go any further! lol . I have no idea any rules ( NHRA ),
but let me assure you I anit sceerd (sp) and you just might be supprised just how fast this old truck really is! :wink: If I can ever get my digital 7 box fixed we're gonna add a little nos to it.

To start with my roll cage is 1 1/2 ( .083) not 1 3/4. That much I do know.

BTW, if your faster than the mud you don't get dirty!
