I agree %100 that spending and borrowing isn't the way out of a recession...

That isn't a sarcastic question by the way...I am just curious. You obviously keep yourself informed on political issues..so what is the answer? Please don't just say what we SHOULDN'T do...say what he should do.

What we SHOULD do is let the free market capitalistic system work at it's own pace. We turn loose the entrepreneurs of this country we'd produce more jobs and stimulate the economy more than ANY govt can. The MAJOR issues are the 'changing' of our system from capitalism to socialism. THAT is what we ALL should be focusing on. NOT the economy. WITHOUT a free market system, We the People have no freedom to BUILD our economy. IMHO

ADDENDUM: We SHOULD kill ANY income taxes for 2 years, and reduce taxes on businesses as we are the 3rd highest business taxes in the world. No wonder they are all outsourcing.

tod in an earlier post you said as a single guy with no kids you are getting screwed on taxes. I COULDN'T AGGRE MORE!! If you weren't paying so much of your pay check in payroll taxes you would have more to spend on products and services to stimilate the economy in the real way instead of some phoney goverment stimulus program!! :)
