The bullet lives
Finally got the bullet in the camaro, it really sounds great too. I've still got some safety issues to resolve then I'll be headed to the track to do some Test and Tuning. I'll keep ya'll posted.

Nice pics, great engine.

really nice ,but can i ask why the motor is setting at such a angle? i dont think i have ever seen a angle so extreme
|
i Can probably answer that....
So the distributor does not stick out the window cowl and the balancer clears the top of the front crossmember, since the engine is moved back from the stock location. Most chevy cars do have the engine on quite a angle you just never notice. I like your car by the way! |
The motor does have alittle angle to it, but it's exaggerated by the fiberglass front cap, it leans downward alittle.
Thx the compliments! So far I've run a best ET of 6.08 @114mph and thats with worn out 14 X 32 Hoosiers. My short times are 138's to 140's So needless to say I'm going with some new 14 X 32's phoinex's next spring. Later Cp |
Nice job Cp, looks great!
