Have you checked the timing? I had the same problem with mine and I advanced the timing and fixed the problem.

Advanced my timing and the exhaust temp and water temp came down to normal! |
Curtis I went to 1 race with the wide blocks and put 98 jets and had the same problem, never got to dyno it, both people with the dyno's have a problem with zoomies, will try going up on jets
Glen just read your reply, I have 36 degrees in it next year will try bumping it up to 40 and see if it makes a difference. Thanks Curtis and Glen will update next year!! |
Moved mine to 40 with 116 fuel and dropped in to the 5's

Did they open the angle channels on those metering blocks? They come with around a .136" exit, but need to be at least .160
