Paid a deposit then seller backed out
 

Paid a deposit of $100 for a set of corner balancing scales the seller told me he would follow up with a place to meet to close the deal
After 10 days I messaged him asking what was the plan he then refunded my money saying he was keeping the scales
(They are still listed for sale on RJ)
How do I leave feedback/rate the seller

Curious how he refunded the deposit? Did he send back in the same form as you sent him or a personal check?If a check has it cleared and been more than a month? Possible new type scam?

As far as your question, I would go to the Racing Junk ad section, go to the bottom of the page and click on the "Contact" email. "General Questions" one and ask there. If the ad is still up you can go to it and there is a place to report there.

No he returned it the same way it was sent via paypal he was a legit seller
It is just annoying when you make a deal to buy something then the seller backs out waiting 10 days to do so and leaving the ad on RJ
