Todays scammer on rj phone # 516-252-6043
Heres todays scam attempt on RJ.
The following texts were sent in an attempt to scam me out of parts that I posted yesterday. 1:Available? NEW IN BOX COMP ROLLER CAM FOR A BIG BLOCK MOPAR - $250 My reply: Yes 2:Am ok with the price and condition, I will pay you with a bank certified check, it ill get to you in 2 days so ill need your full name and address to mail the check to you via USPS, after the check cleared ill arrange for pickup. My reply: 1 no checks 2 no scams 3 no parts A scam attempt. Note the wording highlighted in RED. The scammers all use similar wording. The phone# is from L.I./NY ? Probably spoofed. Hopefully,this info will help educate someone on what to look out for. |
