back halfing a 76 camaro-------------NEED HELP--------------
 
:? I BOUGHT THIS 76 CAMARO FROM A GUY WHO SAID IT WAS READY TO GO,YOU KNOW HOW THAT GOS.THE DROP CROSSMEMBER WAS MISSING AND HE STICK WELDED EVERTHING.
WELL IM TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS OF A WEB SITE WERE THEY HAVE A 76 CAMARO BACKHALFED WITH PICTURES AND ALL SPECKS AND MESSUREMENTS SO I CAN CHECK EVERYTHING SO I DONT GET A BAD SURPRISE WHEN I RUN THIS CAR. ANY INFO THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE PLEASE EMAIL ME THE INFO TO [email protected]

first thing
i am no chassis builder with that being said i am sure the placement of your cross member depends on the lenghth of your ladder bars to far forward or back will not center your wheel
i believe ,dont quote me but maybe its haas or bickel has a video or book
good luck will be watching your post for the site you requested would like to see it myself

Open a Jes or a Summit and order the book Door Slammers, it is the bible and good starting points when building or tuning a car. It has saved me more than once....
