i have 2x 1195 demons DR going on a 632"BBC. I purchased them as remanafuctured carbs from demon. what has to be done with them to make them a matching pair?

Check all air bleed, e-bleeds and jets, make sure they match. You will have to get some different floats if you turn them sideways and adjusting the linkage so they open identical is a big one. You may have to jet up and possibly go down on the main air bleeds to get them to respond correctly. That will get you started.
