rearend girdle covers and c-clip eliminators???
 

my son is looking at a rearend girdle [cover type]--for his 8 1/2 inch 10 bolt chevy rearend. any of you use one and can recommend certain types ? HE BOUGHT HIS TRUE TRAC/ GEARS/ AND BEARINGS. also thinking about c-clip eliminators for it now! thanks LIVELY

The rearend gurdle is not a must, but it adds strength. However the C'clip elimators are must for safty, i would never run without them. Also don't forget to add some weld to the axle tubes where they go into the housing they are very prone to comming loose and turning
